The last time I saw Terina she was in the recording studio putting the final touches on her gospel single "I Made It". She was excited to be nominated and attend the ACHI Magazine Awards at the historical Murray Hill Theater in Jacksonville. Terina previously told me, "There have been many valleys where I easily could have thrown my arms up in defeat. I've not been beaten, because I simply will not accept it." and it definitely shows. She accepted the Songstress of the Year Award with her husband, Alan, and daughter, Jazmine, by her side.
